They provide gender neutral bathrooms, both of which have complementary menstrual products. They pay their workers well and give them great benefits. They also use coffee from local roasters, supporting their fellow small businesses. Their packaging is compostable, and they do everything they can to minimize food waste. I love that Evergreen coffee actually lives up to what they say they do! The coffee and tea was amazing and the barista was willing and able to do any customizations and gave amazing recommendations!

I come here to do homework. But I also come here to gather myself after losing a job, to buy a ticket for my first international solo trip, to journal my thoughts, to decide on finally going back to school, to decided whether to get married or not, to read, to mend my heart after having it broken over a cup of coffee I’ve cane here with my loved ones as a last hoorah before leaving overseas for a few months, only to come back to this coffee shop with my loved ones to welcome me back and to talk about what’s changed. I really need to go here more often. Not a large menu for food, but what they do have is made with care. Which brings me to the coffee. They source from several local roasters and specialize in 'slow coffee', which means it's done with care and therefore takes a while to prepare. I was able to try quite a few things on this last visit, and all were quite good. The smoked salmon toast and avocado toast were not mind-blowing, but good enough to order again and were high quality. I also tried a pourover, a cold brew, and a pot of jasmine tea. Here's where they shine. I will make it a point to come back for those. If you're not a coffee person, the teas are the best I've found in Nevada. The coffees are also top-notch. If you're not in a hurry, this is as good as coffee can get.

You only get one favorite place, and this place is unquestionably mine. They genuinely know how to prepare everything on the menu to the highest standard, from matcha on out. The food here is every bit as good and pairs so well with the beverages. Their coffee is also a cut above. They brew locally roasted beans, but somehow, the same coffee tastes better prepared here than direct from the roasters they source from. Their business practices are ethical, their employees paid better than most, takeout containers environmentally responsible, really there's just nothing not to like about this place.

Evergreen Coffee is amazing. I used to go every week before I moved away. When we came back to visit, I made a point to stop in because their coffee and brunch foods really can’t be beat. They even make most of their own syrups! Plenty of places have good brunch or good coffee, but only a couple truly have both. They really know their regulars too. Even after eight months away, they recognized us when we walked in.

As a coffee enthusiast, I can truthfully say Evergreen has the best coffee I have ever tasted. It is bold and not too sweet. I highly recommend an iced orange latte. It is so refreshing, especially in this Vegas heat. The smoked salmon toast is delicious as well. Not to mention the staff is super friendly. I will be returning because this is now my new favorite spot for coffee.
